Y Basketball is designed to teach the basic skills of basketball to people who have never played the game and improve the skills of those who have. The focus will be on ball control, shooting techniques, offensive and defensive tactics, rules and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season.
